About Me and this Blog

I reported two Saskatoon lawyers and Windsor Plywood to the police for filing a false claim of lien on a disabled homeowners property. He found out he had no Charter Rights in Madam Justice J A Smith’s court in Saskatoon. Justice Smith ignored his doctors warnings and he was rushed to emergency in serious condition three hours after court.

The police investigated and sent the file to the prosecutors office with a recommendation to lay charges. Not only were no charges laid, the homeowner was not even contacted.

Under the disguise of divorce proceeding the former law partners of the lawyers I reported to the police have persecuted me, put me into the hospital six times in the past three years. I am a disabled Canadian, I have a neurological brain disorder.(Torsion Dystonia) Like so many other Canadians demanding justice we have the added burden of the perceptions of Canadians towards the disabled. I discovered that I had no Charter Rights in Justice Paul Hrabinsky’s and Madam Justice Dovell’s court when they ignored my doctors warnings.

I have no where to take a complaint about three judges who have abused their power and violated my and a disabled homeowners Charter Rights. I have no Charter Rights because they are the only ones protected by the Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Nothing can be done by anyone because they will be accused of placing the administration of justice into disrepute. I have been striped of all dignity and my financial resources to live out the rest of my life in peace and security by Justice Hrabinsky and Madam Justice Dovell.

No matter what the cost to me I am going to continue to speak on behalf of a disabled homeowner unable to understand why he had his life and future destroyed by corrupt lawyers, a corrupt judge and court. I have been left crawling unable to get into my wheelchair for three days, it is not over and these corrupt lawyers and judges will have me crawling again but I am going to get back into my wheelchair and back on my feet. The next time anyone protests in Saskatoon, drop by my house, if you have a pickup truck, help me load up my wheelchair, flag and sign. And please, bring me home safely from a peaceful protest.
